Online Ordering

We do not currently offer direct checkout on our site, but you can email us a list of SKUs and we will follow up with an invoice within 2 business days.

Alternatively, you can shop on Faire to receive Net30 terms.

Minimums + MOQs

Order minimum is $100. MOQs vary depending on product, but will be noted in the listing. Greeting cards come in packs of 6.

Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, though turnaround may vary. Shipping times are not included in this estimate.

We charge a flat $6 shipping fee, and offer free shipping orders of $300+.

Returns + Cancellations

Cancellation requests or changes to your order may be issued within 24 hours of placement. If there are any incorrect products in your shipment, please notify us, and we will send replacements, free of shipping charges.

We do not accept returns on direct invoices, but we are able to offer returns on your first order placed via Faire.

Unavailable Items

For the sake of ease, any unavailable items will be removed from your purchase order. We will notify you via email and you will not be charged for those items.
