Order minimum is $100. MOQs vary depending on product, but will be noted in the listing. Greeting cards come in packs of 6.

Orders ship through our local fulfillment partner in Waltham, MA. We charge a flat $6 shipping fee, and offer free shipping orders of $300+.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, though turnaround may vary. Shipping times are not included in this estimate.

* Please note — orders containing Pet Projects will be split into two separate shipments. Pet Kits will ship from our Providence, RI location.

Cancellation requests or changes to your order may be issued within 24 hours of placement. If there are any incorrect products in your shipment, please notify us, and we will send replacements, free of shipping charges.

We do not accept returns on direct invoices, but we are able to offer returns on your first order placed via Faire. 

We will notify you ASAP in the event of any backordered items on your purchase order. All backordered items on your purchase order will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, free of shipping charges.
