Payments & Safety
Sale prices apply automatically, but if you have a discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process.
On the payment page, enter your code in the Discount code bar and click Apply.
Orders are typically processed and shipped 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note: this does not include transit times via the shipping carrier.
Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest, and turnaround times may increase during busier seasons.
While we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, USPS typically estimates 2-5 days of transit time. All single card orders ship in stamped envelopes unless otherwise requested, and therefore do not come with tracking information.
Returns will be accepted if the following parameters are met: Qualifying items must be unopened and unused, and must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be excluded from the return amount. Please visit our contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to begin your return process.
For approved returns, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of its arrival to our shop, and the charges placed on your card will be credited to you at that time.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
