WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of when your order is placed. Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, at the earliest.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
In the Order Summary section of the checkout page, enter your code in the Discount Code bar and click Apply.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Log in to your customer account, click My Account, and then Subscriptions to view and manage your subscription.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return — qualifying items may be returned wtihin 15 days of receipt for a refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be excluded from the return amount. WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of its arrival to our shop, and the charges placed on your card will be credited to you. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please reach out via our contact page OR email us at email@example.com.
